EUROPE RAPESEED

CROP IMPACT- Recent drier weather through England, as well as west and south
France should favor the planting effort for winter rapeseed, after earlier wet
conditions, though showers in western and northern England the next couple
days. Drier weather to the east is more favorable for planting. Soil moisture
in these areas favors the developing crop.
