  SINGAPORE -(Dow Jones)- Japan, the world's biggest corn importer, has made its
first purchases of the grain from Argentina's next crop, to be harvested early
next year, and is also simultaneously buying sorghum to cut costs, trading
executives said Monday.

  Ukraine Corn Exports To Hit 19 Mln Tons In 2011-12 -APK Inform
  LONDON (Dow Jones)--Ukraine's corn exports may reach a record 19 million
metric tons during the 2011-12 crop year, up from 12 million tons last season,
as ideal harvesting conditions boost yields, Olga Pryadko, head of grain markets
at Ukrainian agricultural analysis body APK-Inform, said Monday.
